As per a report of WHO, 1 in 4 adults is facing a mental health challenge and sadly a lot of people are not even aware of the mental illness they are dealing with. This creates a state where a person is suffering due to their mental health and since they are not aware of it, they are unable to take an action and continue to suffer for years.
